Here it is!  The Three open doors available to all believer’s where the Holy Spirit  actively ministers to us.

The first open door is the local church Heb 10:23-25. The local church is the body of Christ, so there is a community of believers gathered together there.  Sorry for all those “TV church goers”, but if you are not at some point gathering with other believers physically it is not a local church.  That is just Holy media consumption.  Definitely beneficial but not the same as being part of a local church.  Do not believe the lie that gathering at church is a thing of the past.  For in a church that holds true to the simplicity of the gospel of Christ and  the grace message there is  an active ministry of the Holy Spirit to us.

2Co 1:12  For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom, but by the grace of God, we have had our conversation in the world, and more abundantly to you-ward.

There is a rich abundant life in church for every believer, seek truth, let the Spirit of God lead you to the local assembly that preaches truth, pray for it and God will surely answer that prayer.  As you enter this door the second will become ever more apparent.

The second door is the Word of God. There are countless treasures in the Word.  It is unfathomable to imagine that we can devote a whole life to its study and hardly scratch the surface of understanding the depth,height, and width of God! We see it mentioned in Eph 3:16-21.

Eph 3:16  That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
Eph 3:17  That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
Eph 3:18  May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
Eph 3:19  And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
Eph 3:20  Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
Eph 3:21  Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

The mind of Christ is invested in us all as believer’s ( 1Cor 2:16), but to fully utilize and get an expansive and ever-growing understanding of the Word we need to enter into the church  body of believers to lead us into scripture and revelation we would have never seen on our own. The Word is an ever flowing well as more is received through the preaching of the Word and the study of it personally. It is nothing short of amazing to meet the spirit there.  Now We have the third door. this door is rarely walked through by believer’s, but it is the most powerful door of them all.

The third door is proclaiming the gospel of Truth!  It is through this door the other doors become ever more needful as we are tried,persecuted and set apart for God in the active ministry of the Spirit. It is here that you will experience the Holy Spirit like never before and it is here that the strength of your inner life is revealed.  It is through this door you will fulfill many mandates of God, experience truth, and witness the power of the Word.

Heb 4:12  For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit. . .

The spiritual reality is manifest through this door as you proclaim the simple truth of free grace by faith. In proclaiming the message you will begin to see the work of another spirit, the spirit of evil(Satan).  Evangelism is supernaturally performed as it is far beyond our capacity to speak publicly with confidence in spiritual matters, to confront strangers willfully proclaiming truth, and to love those that openly hate us.  It is here at this door that many will stop. In stopping here you will soon experience an  ever  stagnant inner life. Why is this you ask? The truth we have lost is that although the Spirit has different administrations and various operations in us it has one purpose and ministry.  The Comforter was sent to minister Christ to all the Nations, and glorify God through the Son.  We have received the Spirit that ministers to the world and sanctifies the saints, so if we only feed ourselves in the Spirit we are holding back its greatest power in us.  We are in part sanctified(set apart) in evangelism experientially as we choose to allow the Spirit to have free reign in its ministry to others through us.

Gal 5:25  If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Look back at John 16:1-15 and you will clearly see that the Spirit’s purpose is the same as what Jesus proclaimed and had in his heart in Luke 19:10  For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost. Many will profess to be Christian, but the reality is that most people around us are lost.  That will only increase as our silence increases, we need to walk through the great door that contains the fulness of the Spirit. We need to be three deep in the Spirit fully equipped and active in its ministry to the world.

Col 4:3  Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ. .

Rev 3:8  I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

Be transformed to his way today, walk through the the great door and walk in the Spirit proclaiming the good news of Christ. God is with us and speaks to the hearts of every man.  We only need to knock on the many hearts doors so that they may open up their lives to Christ.

Prayer: Lord lead many to minister Your word today. The harvest is at hand but the laborers are few, lead more of Your people to walk with you. Reveal the great lie hindering so many from proclaiming your gospel.  Lord give us all courage and build the inner life to be strong in You actively pursuing the lost.  Jesus came to seek and to save the lost, let that be our purpose and lead us to be about our Father’s business. Bless each and every believer that speaks your gospel with joy,peace and understanding through trials. Draw us closer to Your heart for others, and lead us to those with hungry hearts do not let one be overlooked. Thank you for the holy Spirit, the seal of our salvation, and the great comforter of our souls. Bless these words in your name.Amen
