But the Lord trieth the hearts (Pro_15:11; Pro_24:12). That which fire does for the metals, the Lord does for men’s hearts; he purifies them from dross, brings forth the good that is in them, purged from earthly infirmities. Pro 17:3 The fining pot is for silver, and the furnace for gold: but the LORD trieth the hearts.

Transformed to His Way
It is no mystery that God enhances those that are His. They are first new creations in Him through faith in Christ and then, by the very same gospel, these regenerate souls are TRIED, PROVED, and TESTED. This testing is not a test of what is not to attain what can be. It is rather testing of what already IS.
As a child of God, we are GIVEN ALL that is required to not only live a spiritual life but also a fulfilled life in time. The test is not to prove to God our worth, the test is not to prove ourselves to our own expectations, the test is to reveal the finished work of what God has already imputed and imparted to us! Thank God that we are tried for it is in this trial of our faith that we find His faith in us, given to us so that we always can be called faithful! God desires to use you, you may not believe this but it is an absolute truth because that which is tried is used. We are God’s building, His holy temple fit for use, proven to be pure, declared faithful, righteous, profitable, fruitful, and wholly acceptable to Him.
Allow God to try you today, yield as Romans 6 states to the righteousness as its ways initiate to you through God’s word, trust that the work of God will be performed in and through you unto the day of the LORD. You are God’s enjoy His hands that mold and make you into a precious stone of honor set apart for great Heavenly purposes! Amen.
